Our Story
Field & Fur was born from a simple belief: Pets deserve the same love and care at home, even when their owners are away. Based in Baildon, West Yorkshire, we are a family-run pet boarding and walking service that treats every dog and cat as one of our own. Whether you live in Shipley, Bingley, or the surrounding villages, we offer a home-from-home experience you can trust.
Our journey started with our own dog, who taught us the value of patience, routine, and unconditional love. Before long, friends and neighbours began trusting us to care for their pets while they were away at work or on holiday. This naturally developed into Field & Fur becoming a trusted local service for pet owners across the area.
We are fully insured and trained in pet first aid. More importantly, we are genuine animal lovers who take the time to understand each pet's personality and needs.

Our Home, Your Pet's Home
Your pet stays in our home, not a commercial facility. We have a secure, private garden, cosy indoor spaces, and plenty of room for pets to relax and play. Our home is a calm, pet-friendly environment where animals come first.
We live with our own dog, who is friendly and socialised, and we carefully introduce all new guests to ensure everyone gets along. Pets in our care are never left alone for extended periods and always have access to fresh water, comfortable resting areas, and plenty of human company. Whether you need day boarding, night boarding, or regular walks, we tailor our care to your pet's routine.
